Carbon Capital offers a range of trading platforms to suit the needs of all traders. Our trading platforms include MetaTrader 5 and the CarbonTrader which allows you to trade on TradingView charts. All our platforms offer advanced trading tools and technology, including fast execution, low latency, and RAW spreads.
You can currently fund your account with BTC, USDT ERC20, ETH and USDC ERC20. We are currently working on integrating deposit and withdrawal options using bank wire, debit cards and electronic wallets like Skrill and Neteller which will be available in the coming weeks.

Crypto
If funds are sent from your crypto wallet, they will be credited once they reach the multiple network confirmations. This process can take up to 6 hours and depends on the blockchain network but will typically process within minutes. Once the funds are received, they are instantly and automatically credited to your wallet.
Credit/Debit Cards
If funds are sent from your credit or debit card, within 3 minutes we will receive confirmation of funds from your bank and the funds will be placed automatically in your wallet.
ACH / Wire Transfer
If funds are sent from your bank via ACH or Wire Transfer, this time depends on your banking institution processing time. Generally speaking, a bank will process outgoing wire transfers in batches each day at 2pm. To be on the safer side, we say to account between 12 and 72 hours before our bank will receive funds and they will automatically be credited to your wallet.
You may withdraw the funds in your wallets while having other funds in your trading account with open trades.
1- Select “Funds” tab
2- Select “Withdraw Funds” from the left hand panel.
3- Complete “Initial Information” proceed to “Transfer Details” and finish with “Confirmation.”
All withdrawals are reviewed and approved by our financial department within 2 hours or less.
